Our stress management workshop is designed to help employees find
greater balance in life, which naturally leads to increased morale,
productivity, and health.
In this workshop, participants will explore the nature of stress, identify factors that contribute to stress, the impact of stress on themselves and the workplace, and learn stress reduction strategies. The session finishes with participants being invited to create their own personal action plan with ideas they gained from the workshop.
The workshop is tailored to meet the needs of each specific audience. Often it is given over a lunch hour in a “lunch and learn” format. It is presented by an experienced counsellor from Borealis Counselling Services.
